We help the Company grow its businesses in a responsible way by anticipating new and emerging risks, and using our expert judgement to monitor and assess internal and external trends that could impact our company. The Financial Risk Management team is responsible for ensuring the Balance Sheet risk profile is transparent to senior management, the Board of Directors and regulators. We execute on this framework by monitoring and assessing our funding profile, risk adjusted capital levels, and interest rate risk regularly while anticipating new and emerging risks.What we are looking for: We're looking for graduating students who are not only top-performers, but who also have leadership experience, an entrepreneurial mindset and are passionate problem solvers. You may be a fit for this program if you meet certain eligibility requirements, including:

• College Degree from a 4 year College or University or equivalent
• Completion of an Accounting course
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• An interest in working in Commercial Business Banking To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
