Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Publishing Producer to oversee
and coordinate publishing components that impact game development
and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Support development teams and external partners to maintain clear
communication on projects
Manage project documentation, timelines, and reports to ensure
effective communication
Oversee quality assurance processes and coordinate game releases
for a satisfying player experience
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of senior-level experience in external development or game
production for publishing, preferably in AAA gaming
Experience with multiple successfully shipped titles, including
third-person ARPG and Action-Adventure games
In-depth knowledge of the AAA game development lifecycle and
international game publishing processes
Proven track record of managing multiple project timelines and
budgets
Expertise in release management, quality assurance, and
localization within the gaming industry
